Job Description:
International SME with its French headquarters based in Orléans (80 employees / turnover: €17M), specialized in the design, development, and manufacturing of high value-added automated systems (hardware and software) for major clients in various industrial sectors using adhesives (notably automotive, packaging, etc.).
Reporting to the company’s sales department, you will be involved in the entire after-sales process with our clients, namely:
- On-site commissioning of the automated systems sold, as well as providing technical advice to our clients
- Technical support for our clients, either by phone or through on-site intervention when necessary
- These operations will require the performance of back-office tasks such as:
- Planning the operations to be carried out and prioritizing them according to current requirements
- Managing the supply of after-sales spare parts
Skills and Experience :
- With a minimum two-year higher education degree (BTS or DUT) in electronics, mechanics, maintenance or an equivalent technical specialization,
- you have approximately 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, providing after-sales support for automated solutions (hardware and software) across various industrial sectors.
- Your strengths: you are motivated and proactive; above all, we are looking for someone who takes initiative and works independently. You have strong interpersonal skills and know how to build trust-based relationships with clients. Your analytical and diagnostic abilities enable you to carry out your interventions efficiently.
Good command of Microsoft Office software (Outlook / Word / Excel).
Fluency in French required, english appreciated.
